The problem

Too much time goes to work that creates too little value.Too much work. Too little value.

Growing businesses lose time wherever work is manual, disconnected, or difficult to see. Better Hours redesigns how that work happens—whether the answer is a smarter workflow, connected tools, automation, a purpose-built platform, or a broader management system. The result is less friction, clearer management, and more time for customers, decisions, and growth.Manual steps, disconnected tools, and unclear handoffs quietly drain time. We redesign the work so it moves clearly and costs less to run.

How these results are calculated

The six categories total 183 hours each month, or 2,196 hours annually; the public figures are rounded to approximately 180 hours monthly and 2,200 hours annually. Labour values are annualized using the actual roles associated with the work and published as rounded figures. Category examples are included, not additional. Projected staffing reduction is reported separately. Better Hours withholds names, individual wage information and sensitive operational details.

Common questions.

Is this just another software project?

No. Better Hours begins with the real workflow and only recommends a build when there is a credible return. The right answer may be to eliminate steps, redesign the process, connect existing tools, purchase established software, or build something focused.

What if the review finds nothing worth building?

You still receive the concise assessment, initial estimate, and recommended next step. The free review does not assume that another service should be purchased.

Will this work with the tools we already use?

Usually. Better Hours can connect, simplify, or work around existing systems when replacing them is unnecessary. The review identifies where current tools help, where they create friction, and what should change.

What does the $2,499 implementation include?

The starting scope is one defined workflow. It includes workflow mapping, requirements, configuration or focused development, integrations when required, access and data-handling setup, testing, documentation, team handoff, launch support, and stabilization. Complete management systems are custom-scoped and can be delivered in fixed phases. The exact scope and price are approved before work begins.

Do I need ongoing service?

That depends on the solution. If Better Hours hosts or licenses software it owns, an active care plan is required. The implementation fee covers the approved setup and launch; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying software. A separately priced ownership transfer can be included when available. Your business retains ownership of its data, and all third-party costs are disclosed before approval.

What happens to our data?

Your business data remains yours. Before implementation, Better Hours defines what information is required, where it is processed, who can access it, how long it is retained, and how it can be exported when service ends.
